Superb location, close to everything you need. Room was big, they gave me a room upgrade. staff very helpful, they offered to hail a taxi several times.

The central location is excellent. I stayed for a week and found it to be a very conviennent spot for me to explore via train, bus or a nice 15 min stroll to Victoria harbour area to catch the star ferry. Some great coffee shops, restaurants and a super little massage place - ‘Mood’ across the road to the left of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely - everything fresh including western and local breakfast items..staff very attentive, helpful and friendly…felt very boutique…my room was extremely clean and very comfortable…high standard of bed linen and towels…Everything you need is on your doorstop. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The location was great for me. Right by Kowloon park too so don't need to go far for a bit of green space. There are lots of shops of all types nearby (and for all pockets) and the hotel is located very close to the famous Nathan road. The Ocean terminal and the ferries (including the Star ferry) are within easy walking distance and there are a number of MTR stations nearby too. The staff were delightful and so helpful. I also really liked the quirky nature of the decor and its unique nature. It felt very 'authentic' and 'local' rather than another bland hotel which all look like one another. This hotel has personality in spades.

Pretty great location. Very central. The inside reception area was very clean and modern, nice areas to sit. Staff were very helpful once asked. Happy to store luggage and things though you may need to ask them as they won’t assume you need help. They were happy to explain things, spoke sufficient English and Cantonese. The bathroom was nice and clean and had great supplies so you won’t need to go out for anything except water. Near a 7/11 and practically everything else so if you do want it it’s not a bother. I would also say the rooms (or my room) was a lot bigger than the photos suggest.

You could tell that there was more effort to maintain the facade of the hotel and the rooms (even though in a cost savings way). The space was good, housekeeping was thorough, gym facilities sufficient, location is near shopping malls and a reasonable walk away to airport bus stop and MRT stations.

Location is great, station is less than 10 minutes of walk away. It's also super close to many malls, cafes, restaurants, there is ATM just around the corner as well as 7 11 supermarket for quick snacks and drinks. Rooms are comfortable and they keep them really clean.

I was upgraded to a nicer room with a double bed in a quiet corner. Overall, I like the location which is where I usually stay as it is accessible to many restaurants I like and also near to shopping areas. The Bed is wonderfully soft and very very comfortable. Sound proof is good even though the hotel is next to a row of pubs behind the hotel known as Knutsford Terrace. The Breakfast was surprising good for a continental western set with free flow of fruits, cheese and coffee.

The room was really well presented and very comfortable. The staff were efficient and very attentive, and nothing was too much for them. The breakfast offering was more than good enough, and we enjoyed it.. The location is very good and within easy walking distance of Victoria Harbour, but if you want to taxi, then they frequently pass the door

Staff were kind and friendly, especially Tony who saved us time & money by explaining the local map & MTR connections. Location was great as the hotel was close to the TST station, Shops, Bars, Cafes, Restaurants etc. We would definitely come back .
