We stayed here during Golden Week (Labour Day + Buddha's Birthday), one of the busiest travel periods, so it was expectedly packed. Although our original request for a twin-bed room wasn't available, the hotel staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room and even provided an extra blanket, which made sharing the bed more comfortable. We were also placed on a higher floor, which helped reduce the noise from the nearby bars - something we appreciated, especially after long days of exploring the city. The staff were multilingual (fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese), friendly, and accommodating. They also allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out when our flight was delayed, which made things much easier for us. The location is excellent - just a short stroll to the Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR station, with several cafes, convenience stores, and even a 7-Eleven nearby (perfect for topping up your Octopus card). There's also a bus stop nearby that goes straight to the Star Ferry Pier, making it easy to get around. Overall, a good option for travellers looking for convenience helpful staff, and a good city base - even during peak seasons.

Accessibility: One of the standout features of this hotel is its proximity to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR line. Being just a short walk away from the MTR station, it made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I wouldn't recommend dragging luggages over given the small and bumpy pavements to get to the hotel though. Room Quality: The room was large and spacious for Hong Kong's standards. The generous size allowed for ample space to open two luggages completely without any restrictions. Toilet was large and clean, with ample countertop space in the bathroom. Breakfast Buffet: The free daily breakfast buffet was great, with a varied spread of warm and cold dishes (freshly cooked eggs, cereal, fruits, etc). It was the perfect way to start each day. Convenient Amenities: The water dispenser available on every floor was a plus for me. This ensured that I always had access to fresh drinking water without needing to buy bottled water.

We liked the staff they were very helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were clean and pleasant to use, the shower pressure was strong and good heat. Aircon was cool and the hotel wasn't stingy. Breakfast was more than enough, the pastries were yummy, we loved the congee and chicpeas (incredible mixture to our surprise, very delicious). There were breads, cold cuts, salad veg, yogurts, fruits, eggs, coffee, tea, hot milk, hot water, etc. Like I mention "more than one can have for a morning meal". The hotel location was perfect we walked to places making our holiday interesting. It was a short walk to the waterfront and ferry pier to go across to Hong Kong. There are different types of dining outlets nearby and shopping is basically everywhere. This is a perfect hotel in a perfect location.

This hotel in Hong Kong was great! The moment you walk in the staff is very warm and helpful. They make everything very easy during your stay. The breakfast is actually very good. They have have both Western and Easten options available so you do not feel like you are left out. The food is tastes pretty good for being hotel breakfast. Another thing I liked was you are pretty central to everything. From the metro station to plenty of restaurants bars, everything is within walking distance.
